Since March 2018, I’ve had the pleasure of partnering with Breathe Pilates, initially overseeing their entire marketing function. As the studio grew—including the exciting launch of Breathe Pilates Thailand—I’ve honed my focus on digital marketing including paid ads, lead generation, and strategy.

One of my favorite projects? Completely redesigning their website—fresh, clean, and aligned perfectly with the studio’s ethos.

I enjoy connecting wellness-first messaging with meaningful audience engagement—supporting both the studio and its community at every step.

Marketing For Leading Pilates Studio

 

  • I work closely with the co-owners and the marketing team to design a marketing strategy that aligns with emerging wellness trends and supports our core goals—ensuring every campaign resonates with our audience and drives real growth.

  • We implemented a centralised prospect tracker that captured leads from all channels -logging their source, status and engagement. The system prompts follow‑ups and tracks each interaction, helping to prioritise high‑value prospects. This helped boost conversion rates and provids clear insights into lead performance.

  • I build smart Google Ads campaigns that deliver real results. By targeting the right keywords and creating clear, campaigns, I drive high‑quality leads straight to customised landing pages.

  • I regularly schedule email and whatsapp campaigns to existing clients and new prospects to promote new happenings at the studio, exclusive promotions and studio news.

Partnership Highlights

    Together with the co-owners, we designed a framework to generate leads and implemented a prospect tracker to follow up with inquiries which resulted in higher converted leads.

    We started Google Ads quite early on and within a few months, this helped us generate 5x leads prior to launching ads. We’re constantly learning from the data and adjusting the ads strategy monthly.

  • website redesign

    In 2024, I had the privilege of leading the redesign of the Breathe Pilates website. This project was particularly rewarding as we transformed an outdated site into a modern, user-friendly platform. The new design features a clean, intuitive layout that enhances navigation on both desktop and mobile devices, aligning perfectly with Breathe Pilates' commitment to providing a seamless experience for their clients.

    During the pandemic when circuit breaker was in full force, we moved our business online - which is something we have never done before. We worked extremely hard together as a team to shoot the videos and promote this to both our existing and new clients as well as offer educational online Instagram Lives with wellness experts to engage with our community during these hard times.
